Service Description

Marker training is the foundation for all dog training. The term "marker" indicates that you are marking a place in time (or capturing a moment in time, kinda like taking picture) when the dog is correct or incorrect with a sound. Based on this system of training it helps to communicate with the dog, when the dog is going to get his reward, what behavior they are performing correctly, as well as tell them if they are not doing something right. This is the most time consuming portion of training and the part that is the hardest to accomplish without extensive knowledge on the signs to look for. This program is for those who, with a head start are prepared to continue moving forward with their dog but are unable to do the amount repetitions needed for acquisition.
